In 1977, STAR WARS was about to hit the UK and was first covered in Issue 1 of STARBURST Magazine. Now, more than forty years later, STARBURST is the longest-running magazine of sci-fi, horror, and fantasy entertainment in the world.
FAB Radio International is the official home to the now-infamous STARBURST Radio Show, which has astoundingly managed to avoid being taken off the air for almost a decade! Every Wednesday at 8pm, STARBURST’s fearless leader Mike Royce is joined by his fellow editors Martin Unsworth and Kris Heys as they attempt to navigate the week’s events in the world of genre entertainment, in a show which sadly all too often descends into chaos.
[Also available as a podcast via iTunes. Though admittedly it lacks the awesome movie/TV-themed music, and some of the more legally questionable comments about celebrities are suspiciously absent. So tune in live!]
