Join Fab Cafe's resident DJ Bex Hilton (DJAYBEX) for her weekly installment of Popscene! where she will be exploring the world of Indie, Britpop, Alternative Rock and Grunge, with a touch of 90's nostalgia thrown in!

After opening Vinyl Resting Place on the third floor of the iconic Manchester shopping emporium in 2014, Alistair has steadily built up a rapport and musical connections with many different customers and luminaries in the local music scene. As well as focusing on commercially unknown music committed to vinyl, the show will also feature guests, selected local music of the week and also feature anecdotes of weekly encounters in the shop. After assembling an enormous five-figure record collection over the past quarter of a century, Alistair wants to share his findings with those willing to open their ears to music criminally under-the-radar, and let people discover their new favourite song.
